Privacy Policy

Robust Frames ("we", "us", "our") operates this one-page marketing website at robustframes.com (the "Site"). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and your rights regarding that information. We do not run analytics, ad trackers, or a contact form. The only point at which we collect personal information is when you choose to book a discovery call.

By using the Site you accept the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. See also our Terms of Service.

Information we collect

Booking details. When you click "Book a call", a scheduling popup powered by Cal.com opens. If you complete a booking, Cal.com collects the details you enter — such as your name, email address, company, and any notes — to schedule and confirm your appointment, and sends a notification to sajjad@robustdevs.com.

Server / CDN logs. Our hosting provider, Cloudflare Pages, and its CDN infrastructure, automatically record standard server logs when your browser requests the Site. These logs may include your IP address, browser type, referring URL, and the date and time of your request. This is inherent to how the web works and not unique to Robust Frames.

Font delivery. Typefaces are served via Google Fonts. When your browser downloads font files from Google's servers, Google may receive your IP address as part of that request.

We do not collect analytics, track advertising conversions, operate user accounts, or process any payment information through the Site.

Cookies

We do not set cookies of our own. When the Cal.com booking popup loads, Cal.com may set cookies necessary for the scheduling session. The Cal.com script is only loaded after you actively interact with a "Book a call" button — it is not loaded on page load — so no third-party cookies are set unless you choose to open the booking popup. For further detail, see Cal.com's own privacy policy .

Third-party processors

Cal.com acts as our scheduling processor. They receive and store the booking details you provide and handle scheduling confirmations. Review their practices at cal.com/privacy .

Cloudflare provides hosting (Cloudflare Pages), CDN, and DNS services. All traffic to the Site passes through Cloudflare's network. Review their practices at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy .

Google Fonts delivers the typefaces used on the Site. Review Google's practices at policies.google.com/privacy .

How we use your data

We use the information we receive for the following purposes only:

— To schedule and confirm discovery calls booked through Cal.com.
— To respond to your enquiry and, if we move forward, to manage the engagement.
— To maintain the security and integrity of the Site.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.

Legal bases (GDPR)

If you are located in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with a GDPR-equivalent framework, we process your personal data on the following bases:

Consent — when you voluntarily complete and submit a booking via Cal.com.
Legitimate interests — responding to your business enquiry, managing our engagement, and maintaining the security of our infrastructure, where those interests are not overridden by your rights.

Data retention

We retain booking and correspondence records only as long as necessary for the purpose for which they were collected — typically the duration of the enquiry or engagement, plus two years after last contact, unless a longer period is required by applicable law or the records are needed to resolve a dispute. Cloudflare and Cal.com retain logs and booking records per their own documented retention schedules.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights in respect of your personal data:

Access — request a copy of the data we hold about you.
Rectification — ask us to correct inaccurate data.
Erasure — ask us to delete your data where there is no compelling reason for continued processing.
Restriction — ask us to pause processing of your data in certain circumstances.
Portability — receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format.
Objection — object to processing based on legitimate interests.
Do Not Sell (CCPA) — we do not sell personal information; no opt-out is required.

To exercise any of these rights, email us at sajjad@robustdevs.com. We will respond within 30 days. Where data is held by Cal.com or Cloudflare, you may need to contact them directly.

International transfers

Our processors — Cal.com, Cloudflare, and Google — operate globally and may process your information in countries outside your own, including the United States. Each processor relies on its own legal mechanisms (such as Standard Contractual Clauses or equivalent safeguards) for international transfers. We recommend reviewing their respective privacy policies for details.

Children

Robust Frames is a B2B service directed at businesses and marketing professionals. It is not intended for, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from, anyone under the age of 18. If we learn that we have inadvertently collected data from a minor, we will delete it promptly.

Security

The Site is a static website served over HTTPS via Cloudflare's network. We collect minimal personal data and do not operate a database or user-account system. No transmission over the internet is fully secure; while we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
