Terms of Service
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using robustframes.com (the "Site"). By accessing the Site or booking a discovery call, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. See also our Privacy Policy.
Acceptance
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Robust Frames ("Robust Frames", "we", "us", "our"), a studio operated by Mohammad Sajjadur Rahman as a sole proprietor under Robust Devs, based in Chattogram, Bangladesh (sajjad@robustdevs.com).
By using the Site — including clicking "Book a call", browsing the portfolio, or reading our content — you accept these Terms in full. If you are accepting on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to do so.
Definitions
"Robust Frames" means the creative studio operated under
the domain robustframes.com.
"You" / "Client" means the individual or business using
the Site or engaging with us.
"Services" means product video advertising, motion
graphics, CGI-style commercials, and related creative work we may
agree to produce for you.
"Site" means robustframes.com and all its pages and content.
About our services
The Site is a lead-generation and portfolio website. Booking a discovery call through this Site does not create a binding commercial contract. No payment is collected through the Site.
Any agreement to provide Services — including scope, deliverables, timelines, fees, payment terms, and revision rounds — must be confirmed separately in a written engagement agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work, or signed contract) before work begins. Until such an agreement is executed, neither party is obligated to proceed.
Eligibility
The Site and Services are intended for businesses and marketing professionals aged 18 or older. By using the Site you represent that you meet this requirement and are legally authorised to enter into agreements on behalf of any business you represent.
Bookings & communications
Discovery calls are scheduled through Cal.com, a third-party scheduling platform (see their Terms of Service ). Booking a call is an expression of interest, not an instruction to begin work. We reserve the right to decline any project enquiry at our sole discretion and without obligation to provide a reason.
Post-call communications (email, messaging) are likewise pre-contractual unless they form part of a duly executed engagement agreement.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including but not limited to text, video, graphics, design, and code — is owned by or licensed to Robust Frames and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from Site content without our prior written permission.
Portfolio work. All films, motion graphics, and commercials displayed on the Site are concept or spec work produced by Robust Frames for demonstration purposes. They are not commissioned work and do not imply any affiliation with, endorsement by, or approval from any real brand or product that may appear similar.
Client deliverables. Ownership of any deliverables produced under a paid engagement is governed exclusively by the written agreement executed for that engagement. Until full payment has been received, all rights in any work product remain with Robust Frames.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
— Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any
applicable regulations.
— Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Site by
automated means without our written permission.
— Interfere with or attempt to disrupt the Site's infrastructure or
security.
— Misrepresent your identity or authority when contacting us.
— Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or harmful content.
Disclaimers
The Site and all pre-engagement materials — including portfolio work, case studies, service descriptions, and any estimates — are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Site will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
We make no guarantees regarding specific advertising results, conversion rates, revenue outcomes, or platform performance for any deliverable we produce. Results depend on many factors outside our control, including your ad spend, targeting, creative testing, and market conditions.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Robust Frames shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill — arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any pre-engagement content, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising prior to a signed engagement agreement is excluded to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. Liability under any paid engagement is governed by the terms of that engagement agreement.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Robust Frames and its owner, contractors, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site in breach of these Terms; (b) your misrepresentation of your identity or authority; or (c) your infringement of any third-party intellectual property or other rights.
Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services, including Cal.com and Robust Devs ( robustdevs.com ). These links are provided for convenience only. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party site, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.
Governing law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bangladesh, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.
Changes to these terms
We may revise these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the bottom of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
